Communication was difficult. We constantly went back and forth on documents and information which could have been easily avoided by being more clear.
Came through in crunch time on a townhome closing that another lender couldn't do. Thank you, John!!!
John did a great job and went out of his way to get us into our new place. He came to our place several times go get documents and sighn documents since we couldn't sigh them on line.
