The team was easy to talk to and quick to answer my questions.
Communication from the start was lacking. Closing was very stressful for clients due to lender delays. Could have easily been avoided if clear to close was fully done prior to day of closing.
The speed of processing all the loan info. Really appreciate getting everything done on our time line.
