John did a fantastic job helping through the loan process. The underwriters they use are not top tier and made the process very difficult.
John was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. My buyer was on a deadline and he helped make sure we closed in time.

Easy to work with, portal made uploading files easy, bank sharing eliminated downloading bank statements repeatedly.
John was professional and efficient and the buyer was pleased with everything he he did
John was very professional when communicating with us. He was always prompt when we had questions in regards to our mortgage. I would definitely work with him again.
John constantly provided updates and promptly responded to emails and text messages.
