We had a limited amount of time to get this purchase done. John made it happen right before Christmas so it was like a giant Christmas present for me and my wife.

Was always available when we needed questions answered.
John is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home mortgage process; he also provided good advice and guidance when asked.
Also always very responsive to requests in all communications--email, texts and phone calls.
