Maybe i just had the high expectations I received 3 years ago. This was a different process and it was harder to understand what was being provided.

The customer service was just right. Customer service is part of my job and I know how important it is. I felt like I was being taken care of. It was a great experience.

More timely, more organized, better communication, less back and forth, I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone. I’ve closed a few loans over the years and this was by far the worst experience
