Good communication and on time delivery.
Great team.
Streamlined process. We submitted requested documents and had an pre-approval letter same day. Did his best to get us the best rate and shopped around for lowest PMI possible. Save yourself the headache and go straight to John.
john is hands down the best lender to work with. I shopped around on my other house , he beat 12 other firms out. This time i learned my lesson went directly to him and had the easiest close. He is the best option without a close 2nd.

John is the best agent you can ask for! after shopping around the first time i learned to just go through him and it works well each time
