Know what I needed!!
I’m very happy with the process and with my loan officer, John. He made the process very easy and kept me informed throughout while making sure everything was done within my best interests.
Process started off well. Process declined to a point I asked to deal with a supervisor. Process took longer and was frustrating at times but in the end it worked its way through.

Everything was done via email and text after a couple initial phone call. Once the subordination was taken cared of, everything seemed to be just in place.
John is efficient and professional.
