He was helpful and attentive
John Doung was VERY professional and helpful. He was available to us either immediately or shortly after calling and it didn't matter when either, he was so very available and answered all our questions with ease and was so very great!
John takes the time to explain things to me, offers alternatives, etc... He's always very prompt to respond to a text, which is very reassuring. I got a bid from my now-previous lender and they beat (only by a few hundred dollars) the "deal"...
