Communication about closing costs so the issue that took place wouldn't have had to happen. Employees on the team need to read and keep track of all documents sent. There were several documents received and could not be found.
I know that the issues with the grant program were beyond your control. And you were very pleasant when we talked. But there was a definite lack of communication when there were delays or concerns. It's better to get bad news sooner than later....
