Smooth process, timely completion, and John was beyond helpful in making sure I understood what was happening thru all steps of the process

Everything was real easy. A very pleasant experience. There was an issue with my escrow, but it wasn't the refi team it was the existing mortgage team that had the oversite, once that was straightened out, it was a breeze.
