I never had a loan officer before, so it caught me off guard when John called to let me know to refinance as the APR had dropped. its greatly appreciated that he is looking out for fellow veterans! And I appreciate him for having my back.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Emails were answered promptly, phone calls always answered asap! Great experience overall although I would recommend waiting until after the holidays tompurchase a home!! (Dependant on other institutions schedules!)...
