John was a dream to work with being on the escrow side. I loved that he was so responsive when I called or emailed as when I do, it something I need in order to take care of his clients. He understands this so all I can say is a big THANK YOU!...

Dodie, pleasure working with you. Let’s do it again
John Laney was very professional in his approach to selling the property and in representing his client who was the property owner. I was a buyer in this transaction and he was able to provide me information and documentation in a timely manner....

Thanks So much Heather! It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your family. You three are exactly what I love about being a local realtor!
When we bought our manufactured home eight years ago we were pleased with the help we received from our chosen realtor. Thereby, it was natural to seek his assistance when time came to sell. However, he turned us over to his associate, John...

Thanks so much Randell, It was really a pleasure working with you and Marcia Fay on the sale of your home, and the best part was kindling my love for the late great Patrick F. McManus. (-;
I had the pleasure of signing John's buyers. John showed up early and was prepared for any question his clients had for him. It was an honor working with him and his clients.

About
Hi I'm John and I'm still figuring out life....After leaving the Navy bomb squad in the peak of COVID I took my family down to Mexico to try my hand at homeschooling, tarantula hunting, guitar playing and volunteering in a totally new and interesting culture.My dream was to fund this new lifestyle by building a business based on great books, community and lifelong learning. It didn't go as I hoped.... The business crashed and I turned my back on my 6-year passion project. So I took a hard 180. I joined an awesome mastermind and decided to leverage my real estate knowledge to help others achieve their financial stability. As a Realtor I enable home buyers to bridge the gap between their dreams and reality. As a home flipper, I take ugly and unlivable homes and transform them into works of art. And by night, I manage a portfolio of short term and long term rentals.Right now you can find me just South of Tijuana Mexico playing with kids at a local orphanage or back in Newberg Oregon investing in both real estate and my community. Reach out if you are interested in serving down in Mexico, talking real estate, or telling me about the latest book you read.
