Very easy no nonsense transaction. Didn't try to talk me into anything and closed within 7 days. I don't have time for numerous emails and phone calls and still have people contacting me trying to convince me to use their services

Joel and I had been in contact for months checking in and checking credit scores. Once we got it where we needed it, he reached out immediately and we got the ball rolling! Took aprox 2-3 weeks for everything from start to finish.
