Super easy process.
Joel was super helpful and friendly. He quickly responded whenever we had questions.
Through no fault of Joel, however the order in which information was requested along with the expiration of documents supplied could be greatly improved such that those documents woth expiration dates could be requested nearer the end of closing/approval....
