I was on the seller side but the communication about the whole buyers process was outstanding. He got the loan approved long before the closing date. He did great.
Great transaction
Communication as well as follow up emails were great and good reminders. Keeping us informed of options, and where we are in the process was helpful and helped us step by step.

I completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance at Central Missouri State University in 1989 and started working with Carl I. Brown & Co. as a Loan Originator. In this capacity, I traveled extensively originating FHA streamline refinances and originated mortgages on purchase transactions in greater Kansas City, MO. In 2012 following the closure of MetLife Home Loans, I joined HFG as a Branch Manager. Using skills acquired from all of my experiences and education, it is my goal to develop long lasting relationships my customers. I nurture these relationships by providing consistent, valuable, and stress free services to all my customers and assisting them far beyond just purchases or refinance transactions.
