Joe thoroughly explained everything to me. He was always there for me when I had a question, whether it was 10am or 10 at night. He gave me a time frame as to when my loan would close and he was pretty accurate.
The process was fairly quick and simple. Joe was answered all my questions. He and his staff were very helpful and pleasant.
We enjoyed the constant, although cumbersome, detailed conversation and requests from the bank in order to close and obtain our property.
Mr Miranda was a pleasure to work with, he walked me through the process step by step, he explained each step to me until I understood. He kept me posted on the process and what coming next and what to expect, he make me feel very at ease.
