Joe answered every single question we had. he was quick, very responsive, explained everything in an understandable manner, and was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.
No personal feeling like we did with our last lender, who felt like a friend. This purely felt like a business transaction.
He worked to accomplish all goals and deadlines.
