We were repeatedly asked to submit documents that had already been submitted to the person asked or to someone else in the office. Overall good experience just made a bit extra work for us when we were both busy with our jobs and the move.
They were very helpful and attentive.always responded to my questions or concerns immediately and I truly felt like they were my team throughout process.they got it done when others did not.
