Your team should be reachable to the buyer. Alisha should either be picking her phone or atleast return the call as a courtesy. To be honest, if there was no incentive by going wiht first heritage, I would have long gone.

Issues arose that delayed closing that should have been addressed sooner, for example, the Fannie Mae owner occupancy non-compliance.

wasnt your fault i guess it's the process,no one likes the process no matter the company.so there's not reslly anything that can be done.just draining,and can be overwhelmin.but if the process could be faster for any company that'd great.
