Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a home. He was able to answer all my questions and we closed on time.
This was my second time using Joe to finance a home. There were zero hiccups. We closed in 30 days. He always has good follow up as well, like homestead exemption info.
