After running into difficulties with a national lender requesting documents that did not exist, we reached out to Prosperty. The entire team was responsive and helpful and helped us get to closing quickly and at a better rate.
Jody is extremely fast at replying and calculating the best loan options. He also proactively gave me advices on how to get the best rate unlike other passive loan officers that I have seen in the past.
