One criticism -- the Technology Platform fee should be folded into the closing costs. It was a small fee, but this type of nickel-and-diming fee leaves bad impression larger than its relative importance.

Overall it was great - as it really requires very little effort on my part. I would say was a little disappointed when got to close and was asked “where’s your wife? She needs to be here”. That was not disclosed in emails that I recall.
