Way to many people involved and we had no idea if the email were scam or not so we had to text to find out. Then we would hear from someone who would say we need this by noon and we wouldn't see it till 11 and in some cases we were not home...

We felt there were multiple people involved in our loan process. Too many. Dozens of emails, some from people we weren't familiar with.No advance of these folks asking for sensitive information.Could have been communicated better.
