I never have worked with such a team of organized professionals. I was in another state and the paperwork went perfect and quote to closing was about 4 weeks as promised.
It wasn't Joanna's fault, but our loan got messed up right at the end causing us to jump through a lot of hoops during our most stressful time. She tried to make it better, but our overall experience with Churchhill just wasn't very pleasant...

Conducting the process long distance was not ideal.

Some kind of warning that there was an issue with staffing when our file was in limbo. When we were not informed what was going on, we could only assume there was a problem with our file, causing unnecessary stress and worry.
