Joanna made my home buying process go smoothly. She was always able to answer my questions and helped me stay on top of the the process.
Overall experience was great. There were a number of times when I needed immediate information by phone and had to leave a voicemail. While not a great user experience, Joanna always returned my call or responded by email.
She was very helpful with the process. She also answered our questions in a timely manner.
