It started out excellent with instant communication and answers and help. But as we got closer to closing, all of those started failing and when I handed things over to my realtor, no one would talk to her.
It was a very pleasant experience working with Joanna. She answered all our questions right away and helped smooth over a couple of rough patches that we went through in the process. I would definitely recommend her as a mortgage professional....
