This women was dishonest from the beginning, ordered the wrong appraisal, pullied out two weeks before close through an email. She cost us hundreds of dollars extra. Call the parent company for help and our phone call wasn’t even returned.
She answered my text messages or emails or calls, whichever way I needed to get ahold of her at the time. She also had a great team that followed up and followed through and walked me through the whole process.
