Pre-qualification underwriting was nonsense. And the underwriting process was nauseating at best.
The team seemed too make the home buying process as quick and painless as possible.
The issue with depositing cash did result in extra leg work on my end to secure a secondary option if Churchill chooses not to assist. Churchill should ask a few questions to start just in case other people are in a similar situation.
