Great communication through whole process. Explained things in an easy to understand way. Listened to our questions and answered appropriately and quickly.
As a first time homebuyer, Joanna and team made the whole process very easy and painless.
Clear communication and answering email
The whole process was easy and convenient.
It's not Joanna's fault on this. We were sick for over two weeks and getting behind on things and that's why it wasn't great. Also, it's not great to borrow and be in debt, let's be honest.
Urgency on closing the house for us to able to move was great.
