Joan helped us write preapproval letters for 11 (maybe 12 houses), and she was always willing to do it any time of any day. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I wouldn't choose anybody else in the future!
Joan is very responsive and personable. She made this process so easy and stress free. She was patient (first time home owner here), detailed, and thorough. I would 100% recommend Joan to anyone.
