The experience was great and everything was easy and smooth, with all the information that is required to be prequalified Joan was able to explain exactly what I needed. It was also a very quick process.
Joan was very helpful and made our whole loan process very easy and smooth!! She helped answer any question me and my husband came up with and was available whenever I needed her. We will be using her for our next loan for sure!!!!
