What truly made this experience great was working with Jo. She made everything very easy to understand and was very prompt and communicative whenever I had questions. I have already referred someone to Jo and will continue to do so.
Jo was readily available to answer any questions we had moving through the mortgage process. Everything went very smooth Lee. This was perhaps the best experience we have ever had and we have bought a number of houses.
Jo was accommodating to my situation. Very responsive and timely with communication. Extremely pleasant and reassuring. Professional.
Jo was in constant contact with me though out the loan process, making sure I was doing my part and letting me know what was going on, on her end. Everything went very smoothly.
