There was just one part that didnt go smoothly at the end which was a little concerning during the process.
I was banking on the numbers I was given but the brokers commission was left out which change closing numbers at the last minute.
Jo and team are on top of everything from day 1. I never worry about what I have to do next - I know they are looking out for me and my loan. Super communicative and positive!
Jo was very attentive and on top of correspondence to ensure we gathered, submitted and signed everything as needed to keep on track for our home purchase. I really valued her communication skills!
