I dont think any lending experience goes perfectly and without any hitches, but my experience with Ladera was pretty close. Communication was excellent, and the whole process was only about a month and a half which is pretty quick.

Our loan officer was great with info with knowledge text and calls! Always there when we had questions and needed him! Always there to help! He could not have been a more helpful officer.
