Jims ability to explain all of our questions was extremely helpful!
Barely talked with Jim at all so hard to review his skills. When I did talk to him he was helpful. I had been referred by a friend that said he was very "hands-on", I was nervous about the process.
I received responses on any questions and always received notification to know where my loan process was
