Mr. Jim was excellent throughout this entire process! He always responds to any questions I have in a timely manner and ensures I understand the many steps needed to complete the loan.
To me the process was very confusing. Jim held my hand the entire process. Not only did he help me get through the process of securing the loan, he explained why certain things were necessary. Great experience.

Outside of work Jim enjoys tennis pickleball and the gym. He also loves spending time with his grandchildren walking his dogs and reading.
