Jim came to the transaction after buyer's other lender wasn't responsive. We were clear to close very early and everything went smooth, including being pre-funded at closing!
Jim is extremely responsive and helpful when it comes to getting everything together for the mortgage. I highly recommend working with him when buying a home.
