Jim did a wonderful job getting me the lowest rate. When underwriters brought up a glitch, Jim found a reasonable way to take care of it. He's the Master of Disaster! We closed and are very happy with his service.
Jim locked us in at the lowest rate. His team kept us informed and sent necessary documents to sign in a timely manner. When a glitch came up, Jim was able to work it out with underwriting and we came up with a plan and closed without any issues....
