I had very limited buying power and got passed up on so many homes because I was easily outbid. The home I ended up with is nicer than a lot we saw, and I bought it and payed off my car for less than $700.
Great communication and updates along the way, strived to find the best information and was able to tackle the odd land pins and struggles with the property that was out of the normal zones of a suburban area.
