I had issues with the assistant Candace
She was very rude to my Accountant who was trying to help me
We had a few glitches the day of closing and Jim showed up in person at the showing to help explain what had caused the issues. It means a great deal when you can actually talk to a person in person. :)
The entire process went pretty smoothly. We were first time home buyers and Jim answered all our queries very patiently.
