To be honest, everything seemed very unorganized, sign multiple of the same papers, had to double check other people's work for errors on the deposits.
Miscommunication. Then Silverton gave the title company THE WRONG ADDRESS for my insurance and my insurance payment is late because of it. Title company is working to rectify but confirmed that Silverton is the one who gave wrong info. Overall...
