Jim made everything easy and was always available for any questions I had.
Great communication through out the process
How helpful and nice everyone that was part of the team was. Everyone was patient and understanding.
Jim was available for any questions anytime during the day/week. He helped us understand everything we were signing and getting into and there were no surprises. He did GREAT!
Jim was very knowledgeable. If we had an issue, he worked to resolve it and do better the next time. Jim held himself accountable and answered any concerns or questions straight on.
