I had to follow up to get my rate locked in. Communication could have been better.
We had a hiccup on closing day while Jim was out of town. Jim droped what he was doing and made sure we were able to close that day dispite the odds being against us.
1. include realtor in all emails and other forms of communications
2. timely responses to requested information from clients
3. a little bit better on friendliness
I've worked with Jim a few times and he's easy to work with. He takes care of his clients and that makes my job even easier. He's pleasant and communicates thoroughly. He's always kind and friendly.
The way that they explained me all the details for a new house owner made it a great experience.
