Jim is very involved and on top of the entire process, always there when I need something, friendly and knowledgeable!
Jim made sure to keep us updated on the rates, where we were in the process, and what the next steps were the whole time. I've never worked with someone so dedicated to helping his clients no matter what day OR time!
