No phone call and very little interaction with Jim No one explained or gave us the option of locking in an interest rate but was charged a fee only after we asked was it was explained . Have had numerous loans and refinancing with Propersity...

This was my first sale as an agent and Jim was amazing. He replied to my questions promptly and his assistant Shanna was amazing too. My clients felt supported and he even came to the closing.
