    Throughout the process of getting my reverse mortgage, Jim was easily accessible via phone and took plenty of time to answer my questions. When we had the final in-person meeting he explained everything thoroughly to my satisfaction.

    Jim handled our reverse mortgage quickly and easily and even saved us $3000 a year by getting our house out of the flood plane so we don't have to carry the worthless flood insurance.
