Nothing to do with the process, all employees were great and professional. The amount of costs and fees associated with a refi with any company should be illegal.

Greg was friendly, approachable, down-to-earth, and not at all condescending to/impatient with a middle-aged person for whom this was her first home-buying experience. I felt very comfortable with him.
