This reverse mortgage has given us relief that we have extra cash when we need it. You also didn't make us feel good about doing it.

Explaining everything … felt comfortable going through the process
Jim was referred to me by a friend to explain what a reverse mortgage was even though I was only 61 at the time and wasn't planning on moving for a while. I wasn't sure if a reverse was the right fit for me and he explained the process thoroughly....
