I am very detailed. I have never had a deal where the client had to bring more money to the closing than we discussed.

Working with Jim has been a nightmare. The worse experience of my life. He is arrogant, impolite, and inpatient. I bought my first house and it should’ve been an exciting experience but he transformed in a heinous experience.
Would work with again. Very knowledgeable on the financing side of real estate.
Thank you for helping me buy another property.
Personally I have to say he knows his job and care about me, He couched me through out the entire procedure when I got his number. I really appreciate his advice on what do and not to do to get my loan approved and get my credit score back....

Professionalism and the attentiveness was great thanks everyone you did a great job
This was our first home buying experience, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Jim and his team were always available and helpful. I'm a firm believer in providing great customer service and that's just what this team did.
Every person at Atlantic Bay that helped me through my process was not only friendly and accommodating, but punctual, hardworking, and committed to helping me out. They really went above and beyond with their service.
Constant communication throughout the whole process. Small bumps here and there but for a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and was answered quickly.
I have done Business with Jim since 2003 and he has always been very friendly and professional. He is a great asset to your team. Thank you Jim for everything.
