William was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though NewCastle Home loans does not offer loans in Houston, he took the time to helped point me in the right direction.

Bill Chu was on top of everything from the start to beginning. New Castle Loans was probably the simplest home loan company that I have ever done business with. They understood my need and situation and we were able to close pretty quickly.
